The Hamper consists of; Chick pea and lentil fritters with roasted capsicum and rocket pesto, Smoked salmon and fresh prawn salad in cocktail sauce, Sliced salami, ham and lamb with hommus and olive tapenade, Coriander and lime chicken with Spanish rice salad, Cheddar, brie and blue cheese with dried apple, served with a packet of crackers, 1/2 stick of fresh baguette, butters and cutlery.

Wine
Tyrrell’s are one of the oldest wineries in the Hunter Valley and have an enviable reputation within the Australian wine world. There will be a wide selection of wines available with something to suit every taste. Craft Beer, Cider, soft drink, water, tea and coffee is also available on the day. Please note there is no BYO alcohol.
